Jan Malasek

Native of the Czech Republic, Mr. Malasek has over 10 years of general management experience. Most recently he was an Executive Director for Teleglobe (telecommunications company) responsible for worldwide procurement. Prior to Teleglobe, he served as a Vice President of Business Development for Digital Paper (engineering collaboration software). Previously, Mr. Malasek had a $500 million P&L responsibility as a Vice President of Global Marketing, Business Development and Sourcing for GE Global Exchange Services. He started his GE career at Corporate Headquarters where he was instrumental in building GE's sourcing operations in Central and Eastern Europe and global low-cost country supplier Six Sigma programs. Mr. Malasek joined GE from A.T. Kearney, where he worked on strategy and operations assignments in the United States and Central Europe. Mr. Malasek holds an engineering degree in MIS from the University of Agriculture in Prague and an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School.

Ruby Sahiwal

A native of India, Mr. Sahiwal has over 15 years of executive leadership and successful startup company experience. Sahiwal is currently Founder and Chairman of Accelcia Business Services, a company focused on providing outsourced back-office support services from low-cost countries. Previously, he was COO of Ketera Technologies – a spin off of American Express, and the first On-Demand Spend Management Solutions provider. Ruby came to Ketera through the sale of his startup – Aentropy. Prior to this, Sahiwal was COO of Verticalnet Solutions – a major division of a public company where he joined through the acquisition of his previous startup Tradeum. Sahiwal also worked at i2 Technologies and was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Sahiwal began his career in various industrial manufacturing and engineering roles at General Electric. Mr. Sahiwal holds a dual BS in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from SUNY at Buffalo and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
