In these situations, Unimacts is your single source from design, to component manufacture, to coordination of procured components, to assembly. If the sub-assembly requires specialty items that we don’t manufacture (e.g. cables, circuit boards, etc.), we can take care of the entire procurement process, or we can manage the process for you based on your supply contracts.

Our factories are set-up for low to medium volume assemblies up to 10,000 units per year. We have numerous Process, Quality, and Design engineers to optimize the assembly processes and procedures. We can design and implement testing programs to ensure attainment of your quality measures. And of course, just like any of our parts, we manage the global supply chain for you.
