Alan Hays has extensive experience leading Global supply chains, manufacturing operations, product development and quality organizations in Europe the US, Latin America, and Asia, Alan leads the Unimacts operations and supply chain. As a leadership team member in companies ranging from Fortune 500 global corporations through to innovative start-up businesses, he has a broad range of skills which provide a unique ability to engage with the customer and fully understand their needs regardless of the scope or complexity of their business challenge. A lean process-oriented strategist and practitioner, Alan is passionate about delivering total supply chain solutions which provide outstanding service levels and excellence in customer satisfaction. Alan earned his BS in Industrial Engineering from Durham Technical College in the UK.
Andrew Woglom has more than 20 years of experience as an operations-oriented, strategic finance executive. Andrew brings diverse experience from manufacturing, distribution, aerospace, aviation, software defense contracting and construction industries. Prior to Unimacts, Andrew was the CFO for several manufacturing and distributions businesses, as well as a US Government defense contractor. Before those roles, Andrew was focused on mergers and acquisitions at a private equity firm in Denver and spent several years in New York in investment banking at Tri-Artisan Partners, a start-up merchant banking firm, and at Lehman Brothers. Andrew Woglom has a BA in Economics from Yale University.

As VP of Global Business Development, Juan leads the Solar Division within Unimacts, and supports global efforts for growth vectors in the company. Juan has more than 20 years of experience in the Automotive, Steel and Solar industries, having spent the last 15 years in the growing Solar market in Europe, US, Mexico, China and India. In his career, Juan has managed manufacturing plants, run global supply chain solutions and developed customers in all continents. In these various roles, he has participated in green and brown fields, M&A, and global agreements with top Fortune 500 companies, as well as small start-ups. Juan is passionate about innovative solutions and new development opportunities, as he did at the beginning of his career as a Product Engineer. Juan holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering by the ETSII of Bilbao and ENSAM of Paris.

For over a decade, Daniel Bachelet has led global supply chain operations across a variety of different industries and product categories. With leadership experience ranging from sourcing and supply market development through just-in-time delivery, Daniel’s experience covers the gambit of Unimacts’ solution set. Daniel began his career as an intern at Unimacts, learning from the experience of accomplished peers and business leaders, and supporting the new product introduction and manufacturing of metal fabrication and cast components throughout Asia. After transitioning into a management consulting position with Booz Allen Hamilton, Daniel refined his approach to problem solving, focusing on the deployment of lean six sigma principles and achieving green belt certification. He continued his consulting work as a Principal at Washington Business Dynamics, where he lead the acquisition and programmatic operations of various Department of Defense contracts. Daniel returned to Unimacts in 2019 to lead the organization’s Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) business unit, supporting US and European-based industrial customers with highly engineered products and assemblies. Daniel earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Union College (NY).

With over 20 years of experience in logistics, Abi is a seasoned Logistician and Licensed Customs Broker known for her ability to lower shipping costs and generate measurable positive ROI for clients. Abi's expertise includes leadership, strategic thinking, and delivering results that drive business development and financial management. She brings a strong focus on compliance, including expertise in Dangerous Goods and IATA regulations. As a US Licensed Customs Broker, she excel in decision-making and ensuring that all operations meet regulatory standards while optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Throughout her career, Abi has led three successful startups in Mexico and the US, demonstrating a track record of success. She has extensive experience in chartering airplanes and vessels, contract negotiation, and a strong focus on achieving measurable results. As a leader, Abi is known for her ability to drive teams to overperform in all KPIs consistently. Collaboration and integration are at the core of Abi's leadership style, allowing her to effectively manage diverse teams across the globe.

As Country Manager for China, ASEAN, Korea, Ray Yu oversees local engineering & manufacturing facilities, logistics and operations centers, thus ensuring that clients receive the perfect SQDC performance from the supply bases. With his global perspective and entrepreneurial mindset, Ray has had a successful career at Mikuni, Eaton, General Motors, Fuyao, Federal-Mogul etc. Most recently, he was the General Manager of PT. Lihe Automotive Indonesia. Ray has over 20 years of work experience in engineering, sales, quality and operations functions. He earned a joint Master of Business Administration from Shanghai University of Finance & Economy-Webster University in 2003 and earned a Master of Energy & Power Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 1997.
