Overview:
Unimacts can provide a wide range of fabricated components and systems for industrial machinery as well as for plant systems. Industrial machinery applications include: mining equipment, earth moving equipment, locomotives, cranes, etc. Plant applications include: power generation, storage tanks, overhead cranes, furnaces, heat exchangers, reactor vessels, etc.

Processes:
Unimacts has all the necessary capabilities for heavy fabrications. Flame cutting up to 8” thick, shearing up to 0.5”, bending rolls, straightening, etc.; manual, semi-automatic, and automatic welding; heat treat; and rough and finish machining.

Materials:
Carbon and low alloy steels are the primary materials used in fabrications delivered by Unimacts, but we have a variety of capabilities. We can provide fabrications of stainless, aluminum, and other materials.

Sizes:
Our target size is in the small to medium range from 50 to 10,000 lb, but we can certainly deliver large products in the 40+ ton range.

Unit volumes:
Target volumes are low to medium volumes.
