Overview:
Unimacts can provide your company with a wide array of forgings for industrial products. We can cover most materials, processes, sizes, and unit volumes an industrial manufacturer might want. Our forgings range from single unit 40+ ton open die steel forgings for specialty applications to thousands of closed die parts for tool manufacturers. Unimacts can provide the best value when we machine the forgings for you as well. Processes:
Unimacts has over 50 hammers and presses in its network for open and closed die forgings spread over 5 facilities. We have more than 100 furnaces for heat treatment and numerous quenching tanks. Not only can we provide you the forgings, but we can provide the machining as well. All of our facilities are ISO 9001 certified along with many other certifications.

Materials:
The majority of our volume is in carbon steel, low and medium alloy steels, and some high alloy steels. We also provide closed die forgings of Al and Cu based alloys.

Sizes:
Unimacts can deliver closed die forgings weighing less than 1 lb up to 1000 lbs. Our open die forgings range from 50 lbs to well over 40 tons.

Unit volumes:
Generally Unimacts provides low to medium unit volumes of forgings. Our facilities provide a large number of open die forgings with annual volumes of less than 100 parts. For closed die forgings, our sweet spot is in the 1,000 to 10,000 annual unit volume range.
