Unimacts can provide you a complete solution for sheet metal stampings and light duty fabrications. From product design and engineering, to tool and die development, to component production, Unimacts can do any or all of these steps.

Processes:
Unimacts can provide all the necessary dies for production in our own facilities or for third party factories. Unimacts has close to 100 stamping presses with ranges up to 1,000 tons. We can provide the associated welding of components (MIG, TIG, projection, seam, spot, etc.). Finally, Unimacts can provide numerous types of coatings to finished products including powder coating, vinyl coatings, etc.

Sizes:
Our stampings and light fabrications range from ounces for individual stampings to hundreds of pounds for fabrications.

Unit volumes:
This is one area where Unimacts has significant capabilities for medium and high volume parts with annual production runs exceeding 10,000 parts.
