Matthew Arnold

Mr. Arnold has 15 years experience in manufacturing operations, strategic sourcing, and supply chain improvement. Most recently he was a Vice President at i2 Technologies (supply chain software company) leading various Business Development, Sales, and Product Marketing efforts. Prior to that Mr. Arnold worked at GE Corporate managing cross-business global sourcing and supply chain management projects. Previously Mr. Arnold was a management consultant at AT Kearney leading strategic sourcing and operations improvement engagements. Mr. Arnold started his career at GE in various manufacturing leadership roles including Machine Shop Foreman, Production Control Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer and Quality Manager. Mr. Arnold has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Union College and an MBA from Harvard.

Gautam Bawdekar

Mr. Bawdekar was born and raised in India, speaks several Indian languages and currently lives in Mumbai. He has 25 years experience in manufacturing, procurement, management consulting and business development. In his previous role, he ran a small firm that worked with manufacturers from the USA, Europe, China, Japan and Korea to offer turn-key solutions to set up plants for the auto parts industry. Previously, as Vice President at Camlaw Ltd (UK), he developed the capability for turn-key IT solutions through backward integration and supply chain tracking. Before that he was an Information Technology consultant. He started his career as a melter on the electric-arc furnace in India's largest mini steel plant, and in the Management Control Cell which was responsible for all the Strategic Business Planning. He is a B Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT Bombay.

Michael Charron

Mr. Charron has over 15 year of sourcing, engineering and manufacturing and program management experience. He comes to Unimacts from Textron, where he led several business initiatives in Supply Management and Six Sigma at Cessna Aircraft Company and Textron Corporate. Previously, Mr. Charron was with General Electric at the Rail Transportation Systems division where he led several sourcing projects in Central Europe, India, Indonesia and China as well as programs to manufacture and deliver locomotives to Brazil and Egypt. Before joining GE, Mr. Charron was in the U.S. Air Force, as a Systems Program Office Project Officer, and he began his career as a circuit assembler and electronics technician for Digitronics, a small, private OEM of industrial control equipment. Mr. Charron received his BS in Engineering and his MBA from Clarkson University and holds a Professional Engineering License in the State of California. He is also an ISM Certified Purchasing Manager, and a Certified Black belt with both Textron and GE.

Tony Kiehn

Tony Kiehn comes to Unimacts with over 15 years of global financial and operational experience. Most recently, he was the COO/CFO at PowerFile, the world’s leader in network attached optical storage. In less than one year, he completed a turnaround strategy and executed a financing with Sequoia Capital. Prior to PowerFile, he served as Managing Director of Conxion Europe, a high-end managed hosting and content distribution company with operations in North America and Europe. Mr. Kiehn was an early employee in SpeedPort NV, an Amsterdam-based IP network and hosting company and was responsible for the sale of SpeedPort to Conxion in August of 2000. Mr. Kiehn has also held various senior positions while at Jardine Matheson in Hong Kong. Prior to Jardine, he worked as a financial and operational analyst and a corporate auditor for General Electric in several of their global business units. He has lived in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan, China, The Netherlands, and Hungary. Mr. Kiehn received an MBA from the Harvard Business School and holds a BA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Dariusz Zabielski

Mr. Zabielski was born and raised in Poland, speaks Polish, German, English, and Russian, educated in Poland and the US, and currently resides in Warsaw. Mr. Zabielski has 15 years experience in manufacturing operations, sourcing and supply chain management. Most recently he worked as Consulting Engineer and Technical Adviser for various ABB companies. Prior to that he was a Sourcing Manager for ABB Corporation leading efforts in the field of heavy industry, power, and gypsum process lines. Previously Mr. Zabielski worked for a German company trading in machines, machine-tools and industrial equipment and he was responsible for developing CEE market. He started his career in the automotive industry (Bosch and Mercedes-Benz) as a Car Services Supervisor. Mr. Zabielski holds an engineering degree from Technical University in Warsaw.

Emerson Zhu

Mr. Zhu was born and raised in China, speaks English and multiple Chinese dialects, and was educated in China and the US. He brings 20 years of engineering, manufacturing and supply chain management experience to Unimacts. Mr. Zhu most recently worked as a project manager with Schick, Wilkinson Sword, division of Pfizer. Prior to that, he was the engineering manager of Technidrill Systems in charge of company technical activities. Mr. Zhu also had leading engineering roles for UNISIG Company, Mid-West Automation Systems. Prior to working for US companies, Mr. Zhu worked for Wuxi Machine Tools, a large Chinese company as a group leader of New Product Development teams. Mr. Zhu obtained his Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Process, Equipment and Automation from Hefei University of Technologies, he also holds several Master's degrees, his latest Master's Degree is in Mechanical Engineering from University of Miami.
