Unimacts is focused on creating value for our customers. Thus before we begin any engagement we assess our potential customers’ supply base needs and costs to determine if Unimacts can create value. If Unimacts can not provide a return on working with us it will provide this information after the initial assessment period (in most instances the assessment period lasts less than 3 days). If however, a value creation opportunity is available Unimacts will fully quantify the potential savings and offer a full proposal for review. Our intent is to form long term relationship and continuously review the supply base of our customers and provide opportunities for further cost reductions.
